Very cool map! Have you looked into ways of producing this kind of knowledge map automatically? And how do you think this would "compile" into a curriculum?
Haha I think the map was a project from https://twitter.com/LearnCodeAcad. I've done some work to map dependencies on a much more granular level within a curriculum, to provide some assurance that conceptual dependencies are met before they are required (and to help scaffold, support spiral learning, etc etc). It takes an unusual level of sophistication in understanding each and every idea in your curriculum, which is usually more than teachers and curriculum designers are up for.
I don't think it'd likely look like compilation into a curriculum - more of a back and forth between the map and the curriculum as it develops and grows.
